- I was born and raised in Bulgaria and live in Canada since 1970. I am a self-taught artist. I have been featured in many local newspapers and appeared in 5 local TV shows. 8 of my snow scenes have been reproduced into Christmas Cards for UNICEF and the LEUKEMIA RESEARCH FUND of B.C. One of my paintings appeared in "CHATELAINE MAGAZINE ". I have been selling some of my paintings on the internet and my latest series of TREES has become very popular with collectors around the world.

Congrats. I dropped Etsy last year. I didn't sell much on there. I have some of my things in two gift shops in Vieques Puerto Rico. I sold 11 last year down there. I was on vacation and asked the shop owner is she would be interested in selling my work. I sent 12 this year. I am also a hairdresser. I work in the shop 2 days a week. They let me hang my paintings, and I have sold 9 to one lady. Good luck,you do good work.Kathy
